A gentle, accessible stretching practice designed for beginners and individuals with limited mobility.
Using a chair for support, participants perform seated and light standing movements that help improve flexibility, joint mobility, and circulation without strain. The class focuses on building strength, enhancing balance, and reducing stiffness while promoting relaxation through guided breathing.
It’s a safe, supportive way to stay active, increase confidence in movement, and improve overall well-being.

This 45-minute class is designed for beginners and active older adults ready to take the next step in their fitness journey. Building on foundational movements, the class incorporates resistance exercises, stability work, and coordination drills to improve muscle strength, posture, and confidence. With adaptable options, participants can safely push their limits while enhancing balance, reducing fall risk, and supporting overall functional fitness for everyday activities. BREATHWORK/RESTORATIVE YOGA
A 45-minute, deeply calming practice designed to relax the body and reset the nervous system. No yoga experience necessary. Through guided breathing techniques, participants learn to slow the breath, improve oxygen flow, and release built-up tension. Gentle, fully supported yoga poses—using props like blankets and bolsters—allow the body to rest comfortably while promoting joint release, improved circulation, and muscle recovery.

LIFESTYLE RESISTANCE
Wednesdays 6:45pm
An all-in-one 45-minute class designed to work the whole body.
This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing exercises. It focuses on using simple equipment to improve strength, agility, balance, and improve activities for daily living. Body weight, resistance bands, and exercise balls are used in this class.
Appropriate for all fitness levels, this class is comprised with a five-minute warm-up, the conditioning phase, and a five-minute cool down.

LIFESTYLE YOGA
Slow Flow - a yoga class offering a gentle, steady paced practice that links breath with mindful movement. Poses are held longer, allowing time to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop better balance and body awareness. The slower pace supports proper alignment, protects the joints, and helps release tension while encouraging deep, steady breathing.

Lead by certified instructor, Lori Candon, this 6-part series is progressive, with each class building upon the previous one to deepen your experience and nurture a state of restful vibrancy. Whether you are new to Tai Chi or returning to your practice, all are welcome.
No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
